    Living Area: Open-concept with wide-plank flooring, a Google TV w/soundbar & subwoofer, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for an additional guest.

    Modern Kitchen: A sleek, functional space fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, elegant granite countertops, and a dedicated dining area.

    Tranquil Bedroom: A quiet retreat featuring a plush queen-size bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious walk-in closet.

    Spa-Like Bathroom: Modern vanity with premium fixtures and a large walk-in glass shower.

    Smart Home Features: Nest climate control, integrated smart lighting, and ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for remote work.

    Laundry: In-unit, high-efficiency stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer.

    Guests have full, private access to the entire ADU via a separate entrance located at 1262 N Capri Ln. Access is via a secure smart lock for seamless 24/7 check-in.

    Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a very peaceful neighborhood; please respect our neighbors and the serene nature of "The Lakes."

    No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

    Maximum Occupancy: Limited to 3 guests total (2 in bedroom, 1 on sofa-bed).

    No Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free property (inside and outside, including the entrance). A $500 professional cleaning fee will apply for any violations.

    Shoe-Free Home: To keep our brand-new floors in top shape, we kindly ask you to remove shoes at the entrance.

    Parking: Street parking is the primary option. Garage access is by pre-approval only and must be arranged at the time of booking.

    Pet Policy: Please inquire before booking. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional cleaning fee.
