We do charge a small, one-off damage waiver fee or, alternatively, a refundable damage deposit. This is in place to help protect the property against any accidental damage during your stay. If you choose the damage deposit option, please note that the funds are only pre-authorized on your card. No money is withdrawn from your account; the amount is simply held temporarily and released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
