"Shampoo was just not there they dont replenish it from guest to guest, breakfast was sub par the heating apparatus they used to heat the gravy smelled like and electrical cored burning. The hair dryer was underwhelming like a heater it turned on and got hot then turned off no blowing anything it was like a space heater. This is more like an expensive motel not a hotel."
