Staff and service is great but Tue room was old and tired and had no windows! No natural light so was dingy and unwelcoming. Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena
I always stay here and have had good experience. This time however I was given a room without any windows. It wasnt clear during the time of booking that the room has no windows. Only said compact.
