This is a beautiful property right on the waterfront in the old town. The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and they have snacks out all day long for guests to grab.

The only good thing in this hotel is breakfast. Bed and sheets are good too. Everything else no more than 2 stars: room, bathroom, shower

An old building that has been nicely renovated, located across the street from the waterfront in the old town. The rooms are small but functional. Excellent buffet breakfast. The office staff were most pleasant and helpful.

Overall, the place was very decent. Price, food, location, cleanliness, decor were all good. Classic Swedish building with high ceilings and design. Rooms and bathrooms looked to be newly refurbished. Complimentary tea / coffee in the lounge and breakfast bakery leftovers too. The only small gripe I had was that the buffet breakfast had meatballs but no mash (they had hash browns instead).

We stayed over a short time but the hotel was very clean and across the way we had delicious denish and coffee. We left early morming at 3 a.m. to catch a plane and the hotel prepared us a delicious baggie breakfast.

Excellent front desk staff. Take away breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was small but nice. Additional toiletries and a safe in the room would have been nicer.

Loved the location.the stars going in were icy. josephine and elaine were very helpful.thank you...my room was cold. You can't9 cintrol the temperature.there was a portable heater,which really helped.the bathroom window let in alot of cold air.the toom was very confortable.we took the arlanda express to the central station,then a cab.we did walk there a few times,w/o our bags!! There is a traditional swedih restauran in gamla stan,that was great.a little pricey.we enjoyed our stay.

Staff friendly throughout, quality of breakfast above average with plenty of choice - really wish I could give a super positive review however, the bed was just not at all comfortable! Both my partner and I suffered each day with back pain and struggled to get a full sleep

Loved the location. I’m only 5 feet tall yet I still hit my head when I bent down over the bed. What happened to the plush headboard as in the picture? Made the room look like an afterthought. Room is not adequately lighted in the center.

This area is around many dining options, including the Hairy Pig, as well as pubs for nightlife. This is also near the Royal Palace and Parliament. It is easy to be a tourist in this location on your own or utilize the nearby tourist options like Ocean Bus and Hop On/Hop Off. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and they have tea and water available all day as well as a nice hot breakfast in the morning.

The location and staff were amazing but the rooms and the halls were too small . You could stretch your hands and reach the other side. The rooms were poorly designed but very clean . It was a small room with a busy design.

Great place to stay in the old city. Very old hotel - bunch of old houses together - it was cosy and nice. Very convenient to restaurants - harbor, facilities, palace, etc. wonderful
