Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, the free included breakfast and dinner were delicious with healthy options! Overall a great place to stay in Stockholm.
Excellent location, delicious food, attentive staff. Ittruly felt like ime away from home. I fell in love with the red mohair throw on my bed, loved the fresh bread and drinking coffee in the lobby. Five stars
We had a great time in Stockholm- beautiful city. The hotel provided breakfast and evening meal, all to a high standard. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
Fantastic customer service from pre-check in sage to check-out. A wonderful friendly team who all made ‘that extra’ effort on every level.
A very warm, relaxing & comfortable atmosphere in the lobby/ lounge /dining areas.
A great place to stay in Stockholm - a direct walk to Vasa/Djurgården, slightly farther but still walkable to Gamla Stan, and an easy T trip to anywhere else. Our rooms were nice but our favorite part of the hotel was the lobby, with its food and lots of comfortable seating. The room rate includes breakfast, dinner and fika (family's most popular Swedish word) and we hung out and/or ate there before and after going out every day.

Vegetarian and vegan food
If you eat vegetarian or vegan diet you want to stay in the main hotel and not guest suite, which is another building 100m away. They serve good breakfast there as well but the plant based options are limited.
My colleague and I stayed in the annex, a small hotel to the side, called Pärlan. It’s quiet and great for just hanging out. If one could book the whole floor it would be perfect for teambuilding or an outing. The fact that afternoon fika and a light dinner is included was a big plus. Granted neither were super amazing but they were adequate and can save you money. Location was excellent for the course we were on.
Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Wellington Home Hotel. The quality of service and meals provided were far beyond what I expected. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good view over the rooftops to Sodermalm. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
I love this concept of hotel in Scandinavian countries.
The afternoon tea/coffee and fika, plus the included evening meal, makes it a real "home from home".
The quality of food served at breakfast and evening meals was excellent.
The hotel is well positioned in the smart Ostermalmstorg district. Less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station (one stop from the central station), and Nybroplan (for the harbour ferry boats). Or just a 10 minute walk into the city centre. In fact almost everywhere in Stockholm is walkable.
This is most definitely the place to stay when in Stockholm.
First off, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I was staying in the associated Parlan hotel located just round the corner from the main hotel. Access was easy and loved the old lift. The room I had was spacious and comfortable. The hotel and room was very clean with room cleaning available on request. Breakfast was simple and tasty. An evening meal was also included in the main hotel however I missed this during my stay. Overall I had a really nice stay and would 100% think to return on my next visit.
On the negative side -The room we were given was on the 7th floor but the elevator only went to the 6th floor. That meant that we had to carry our suitcases up the last flight by ourselves. The room was at the roof line so the ceiling on one side of the bed was so low that you could nor stand up on that side of the room. The elevator was so small that 3 people was too close for comfort which happened a couple of times. The water got very hot but took a while to reach our room. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about finding local restaurants for dinner. The fika was not very interesting or tasty. Lastly, the hotel was upgrading the auto room lock system for a number of hours and we were not able to get into our room without a desk person walking up with us.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good although eggs were not warm and the coffee machine only had regular american coffee. Best granola, muesli and yogurt with preserves. We did not try dinner which was included. The location is very good for walking to tourist sites.
