Great location, great quality rooms. We paid for two superior rooms for almost a week stay for our family in this hotel. However, we had a major issue with construction noise throught our whole stay right above our room. We were declined room change when we complained about unbearable and constant noise from two drilling machines working above our unit, that would start at 7:30 am on most days. When we approached this issue again, quite frustrated at that point and with headache, they refused to make any accommodations, or asked construction crew to suspend until at least we are out of the room. All we were offered were hotel points that may or may not cover one or two nights stay in the future

Staff was very nice at front desk. Rooms were a little warm despite the air conditioning, especially during sleeping hours. Amenities were thoughtful and convenient. Bar was conveniently opened late on evening but service was a little slow (was not always someone at bar) and drinks were a bit small compared to the price you pay. Staff was overall very gracious and hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area.
