The Lodge provides a new level of space and comfort with a floorspace of nearly 100 square metres (1,100 square feet).
This lodge has 4 bedrooms, organised to provide single-bed sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. The dining table seats 10 and the large decked area features unobstructed open views of the countryside towards the town of Stirling. The entire lodge is decorated wtih a lovely modern touch.
The elegant open plan lounge and dining area, featuring a 55 inch HDTV , is very spacious, airy and sophisticated. This is perfectly complemented by an ultra modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed to serve a full scale dinner party. A beautiful place to entertain friends, family and loved ones whether it's for a holiday a private party or a large family gathering.

Very large open plan living/dinning and kitchen area, living area has a large cream leather sofa and chair to set 10, 55 inch TV.
Dining area has a large dining table to seat 10 guests
Kitchen is open plan with large American fridge freezer, cooker,washing machine, and dishwasher as well as all the utensils and crockery guests would require for large dinner party.
DOWN STAIRS
2 double bedrooms with 2 single white leather beds in each, a large bathroom with walk in double shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Upstairs
Large landing area has 2 make up units with mirror, large cream leather sofa for guests to mingle while getting ready.
2 large bedrooms with 3 single white leather beds in each and a large bathroom with corner shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Patio
Leading from the sitting room and kitchen there is a very large decked terrace area with rattan sofas, chairs ,tables, plants and a barbecue. The views from here are stunning.
