Perfect location, wonderful host(s) and very comfortable townhouse! This was our second time staying at 3 Allan Park in Stirling, and we’re already planning our third stay in July 2026.

This was a nice, clean two bedroom apartment with a good kitchen. The bathroom was also very nice, but a little precarious with the steps leading into the bathroom and kitchen. The location is perfect. On a quiet street, but very close to everything! The owners were fabulous.
Phenomenal location that is a short walk from everything, the castle, restaurants, shops and train and bus station. The townhome is attractive, very clean and well kept. We were able to navigate the stairs just fine, but they could be difficult for some.
Lovely flat..,fashionably appointed, super clean, full of character and a perfect location. The hosts are amazing, very attentive and responsive. We were a bit warm on arrival and they raced out and bought us a fan to quickly cool off…heroic! The bed is outstanding and we slept well. Stay here, you will enjoy it!
We enjoyed our stay at 3 Alan Park. Very centrally located. We were able to drive to the national forest one day, go to Glenock one day, go to Saint Andrews one day. Easy walk to Sterling Castle. The hosts were very good to respond. We had a little issue finding parking at first, but figured it out with their help. As the hosts have mentioned, if you don’t do stairs, this is not the apartment for you. The kitchen had everything you need. Wi-Fi worked great.
Stayed here with my wife and daughter for a few nights in June of 2024. Terrific zero hassle property in a great location, I would absolutely stay here again.
As others have pointed out, the spiral staircase intersection at the main floor level is pretty wacky. That said, it is not a big deal as long as you exercise the most basic level of caution and don't have balance issues. Given the layout of the property, I can't see any other way it could have been constructed. No parking on site, but that wasn't an issue either since the parking garage is reasonably close.
The only very minor criticism that I would make is that it looks like the seal between the glass shower walls and the shower floor is missing, so water does tend to splatter all over the floor. Regardless, this was a perfect place to stay in Stirling.
Wonderfully located -- close to everything but just far enough away to be calm and quiet. After exploring Stirling, we took the train for a day trip to Glasgow, just 45 mins away. Very easy and just a 10-15 min walk to the station.
Beds were VERY comfortable, good closet space and dresser. The second bedroom has very low head clearance, not for the claustrophobic.
Also, I must not have paid close enough attention to the listing and didn't realize the bathroom was not on the same level as the bedrooms. For me, it took more time to get ready in the morning and is tricky at night. I'm over 65, and there's a spiral staircase with polished wood treads between the main level and the bedrooms. Would have appreciated a dishwasher, or more dishes/cups, had to wash each day to have enough for breakfast.
Fantastic property in a perfect location! Beautifully renovated and designed, just a cozy place to stay with all the comforts of home. Very walkable to sights and places in Stirling. Train station is an easy walk to explore other cities like Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This is a lovely townhouse/split, which felt much roomier than the pictures portrayed! A bit fiddly underfoot around the bathroom/spiral staircase intersection, but very, very nice place to relax after climbing up & down to the castle and surrounds. Very central, but quiet, location. We loved it and hope to return next year.
This centrally located property is really lovely with all the amenities. The management is outstanding! They were very prompt and proactive when we arrived to no heat on a chilly day. (Problem was quickly solved.) The stairs might be a big problem for someone who has mobility issues or has one too many at the pub.
Fabulous location! Not great if you have mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. A few minor issues but Ben was quick to attend to them. Only 1 washroom was an issue for 3 of us (l must have mis read the listing) but other than that it was a 10/10!
This was a very clean and well maintained apartment, home from home. Just around the corner from the shops, restaurants and city centre. Very convenient. I would highly recommend it.
