"Bien situé, dommage la maison est sympa mais devrais etre un peu plus entretenu, comme changer les cuvette des toilettes qui sont tres abîmé et du coup sent la pisse.... les transat des qu'on s'asseoir se casse ou se d'éclipse. A notre arrivé, il y avais des fourmis sur le mur, et elle nous dit la personne que c est envahi..... elle aurait pu mettre des bombe anti fourni a disposition car on était envahi partout..... dans les chambres ca monté sur les vêtements.... tres désagréable fallait...

"Es war die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe. Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen."

"Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr gut. Das Haus selbst ist vom Schnitt gut, für 8 Personen etwas zu klein. Die Küche SEHR klein und merkwürdig Ausgestattet. Keine Tücher, dreckiges Geschirr, Geschirr nicht in der Küche sondern im Wohnzimmer - überall Armeisen, in der Küche, Bad, Geschier - Kellerzimmer war unbewohnbar, da es sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel richt - Waschmaschine dreckig und läuft aus - Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss defekt - Gartenanlage nicht gepflegt - Elektrokabel hängen an...

"Die Unterkunft von Luciana liegt inmitten des Feriendorfes Stintino Country Paradise, im Norden von Sardinien. Von hier aus sind es ca. 10min. mit dem Auto nach Stintino selbst bzw. 15min. zum Strand LaPelosa. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana verlief (auf Englisch) reibungslos. Bei Ankunft trafen wir auf Cinzia, die eine etwas ruppige Art hatte, womit wir aber klar kamen und uns alles...

"We had a great time at cristinas place.We were 6 people and stayed 10 days. When we arrived, it was not very clean and it seemed like the place was not really prepared for 6 people. The check in was a little bit difficult because the person who made the introduction and gave us the keys does not speak english.The location is nice. It is a quiet vacation neighboorhood. There is a shop 5 minutes away. A car is needed because there are no restaurants or nice beaches nearby. With a car everything is...

"La posizione della casa è decentrata da Stintino. Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

"The villa is on the Country Paradise resort just outside Stintino. The resort centre contains the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The only downside is the nightly show which can be heard from the villa. The villa itself is very good and can easily cater for parties of 6 (though the kitchen is pretty small. The level access was perfect for my disabled son. Patti, who services the villa was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be to leave a welcome pack of basic groceries...
