"The tv was not connected to the cable box. Toilet backed up as soon as we got there. Took 20 mins to even get someone to answer the front desk phone. Bought breakfast with cash, the clerk seemed very confused with cash. Heard guest doors slamming all night long "

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet room with good beds. Expedia had no warning that the hotel was going to charge me $20 more for parking. The room had no microwave, probably because there are restaurants in the hotel. Even Motel 6 has microwaves in their rooms. It was a good night's sleep though."

Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway."

"The location of the hotel was great for us. It has a SPECTACULAR view of the Connecticut State Capital and the surrounding green space. Be sure to ask for the view room, as this was what made the stay worthwhile. It was a 10 minute walk to Dunkin Park, a minor league baseball stadium. Attending an event there was the reason for our stay. The adjacent neighborhood is not great. The hotel, while clean, is old and not in top condition. The room itself had been updated, but the bathroom showed a lot of wear."
