While the hotel facilities are a little dated, it is clean and the staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out were very efficient and quick. Good location for us.

Don't book this through Expedia. I accidently booked Stillwater, OK rather than Stillwater, MN and I noticed within less than 2 minutes of booking. Both the hotel and Expedia would not refund or reduce the charges. The inflexibility isn't worth it.

The breakfast options were good, but the cleaning staff was terrible. They didn’t change the bed sheets or covers… they never even looked in the bathroom to clean the showers. But the receptionists were good.

Eating area needed to be bigger with more tables. A huge group was staying at the hotel and took over eating area just to socialize, so there was no spots for people who wanted to eat breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was clean. The only thing we didn’t care for was we didn’t realize it was an adjoining room. Besides that the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and clean. We would stay here again but we would be sure to ask for a non-adjoining room.
Friendly staff. Breakfast coffee okay. BUT yet another hotel that does not check plumbing as part of maintenance between guests. Toilet blocked on arrival and discovered after unpacking resulting in repacking and unpacking to another room. When will hotels conduct checks on toilet and shower after each guest. Ain’t that difficult!!!

The room was spacious. Was accomodating for wheelchair, but asked for handicap. No bars by toilet and had only 1 bar in shower. Had hair in the soap dish in shower! Breakfast was great! Could use more fresh fruit!

It was great until we didn’t get any room refresh after requesting it. I had to make my own bed with clean sheets. You had to request any service you wanted the night before and I did but it was put down for the wrong day and they didn’t come that day either. It all worked out but a little annoying at first.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was average.
Unfortunately the room’s AC was VERY noisy. The noise in general was horrible. We did not sleep well. It made for an exhausting vacation. We had a very long drive home! I was expecting a nicer experience instead got Motel 6.

When my granddaughter and I arrived we were given a room which was located near a loud barking dog. A call to the front desk and we were given a room on a different floor, far away from the dog. Our stay was peaceful, room was clean and cozy.
