"Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. "

"There is noone on staff. You walk in and talk to a person on a screen. The only vending machine is a pop machine so I paid $3 and the bottle of Dt.Dew I got was EIGHT MONTHS EXPIRED. Had there been someone on staff I might have been able to get what I paid for. There was also screaming children until after midnight in the next room. There was also someone with a barking dog when pets were not supposed to be allowed. Had there been staff to deal with any of these issues it would have been nice. I will never stay at another Motel 6."
