Toilet seat unstable. No coffee maker. TV didn’t work that good. Splatter on the walls several areas. Stairwells had debris everywhere. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. No shampoo in the shower.

Staff was rude and behaved in a disrespectful and thug like manner their were numerous pot holes through out the parking lot with prostitution occurring unchecked and no hot water and the tv didn't operate properly a very poorly run property

Do NOT stay here. I drove up and there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot. There were people screaming at each other from the parking lot to the upper floors. I went to get out to check in and it was NOT SAFE. I did not stay. I went to a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK

We got booked into a room that was already taken, and it was late at night so it wasn’t a pleasant experience having to get the room booked and go back around took about an extra 30 minutes to figure all that out. Staff seemed to be OK helping out with what we needed. But the environment was definitely not great.

When I checked in on Thurday I was not informed that there was NO WATER & the phone did not work. I have unset to find out after I checked in on 8/20... I was told by the owner Verbally that I would receive a reduction on pay for Thursday after looking at my account the payment for the whole 3 days was taken out. I would like a day refund giving back to me I would appreciate it, NOT A Happy Camper.

We booked on hotel.com, we showed up for our reservation. A sign was in the window saying they were on a 10 minute break and they had a phone number. We waited for 10 minutes then called the manager of the property told us they were closed and we should just go home.
