"The Villa Neroli was exceptionally clean and inviting. It caters to a little bit more upscale traveler than most of the local hotels that I could compare. Well worth the stay!!!"

"This is a super cool place to stay outside of Florence. There is a bus stop that brings you directly to the city however we were not able to find the bus to come back, you have to take a taxi. The campsite is about an hour from the Florence airport with traffic. This is a very spacious campground with quite a walk to get from the reception to our Bungalow. We stayed in one of the bungalow's and it was the perfect size for me and my mom. The information desk was helpful in planning our travel, however, you have to make the effort to speak to them. The only complaint is it was fairly far from the city and when we had a flight cancelation there was no way to communicate with them. The call number did not work and they did not respond to any messages."

"The property has expanded since our last stay, and the grounds are simply stunning, filled with interesting sculptures and secluded areas (and a great playground), all in the small, busy city of Florence (you can see the Duomo from the garden). What I appreciated the most is the serenity and the attention to detail. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bedding is typical of four seasons. The cleaning staff provided the most extraordinary service, like arranging all my many toiletry items neatly without being intrusive, to the extent only this Four Seasons has consistently done. My only wish was to have more authentic Italian food in the hotel restaurants."
