This two bedroom house gives you the feel of country living but without the hassle. Cozy house just a few miles to TSU campus with room for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. There is also two comfy full size couches. The bathroom has full tub/shower. Roku TV in living room as well as bedroom 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Less than 1 mile from the square for boutique shopping!

Needed a cozy place to stay for graduation and this was perfect! Kerry had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend. Beds were amazing and my husband loved all the coffee pod flavors and snacks. Can't wait to come back for our next Tarleton event.

TSU visit

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect distance from the college. The location is a little loud on Morgan Mill road with all the traffic. The home is sound and warm in cold temperatures and wind. Needs some attention to paint on inside walls, ceiling, and woodwork. The floors are also well worn and varied in different rooms. Outside backyard was a mess with litter and downed branches. But in the winter, we were not able to use the backyard furniture. The home suited our needs for the weekend.

This is a very clean, nice house. Loved the decor, the snacks/water and the comment book. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans/utensils/crock pot/etc.. The tower fans available in each bedroom were nice. Beds were comfortable. There were games to play and books to read. Communication was great. We will stay again. The only thing I would change is to put curtains or blinds on the back windows. There isn't a house directly behind this one but it still is a little creepy at night knowing anyone could see in without you knowing. And the sign in the house and on the listing said check out was at 11 but it was really 10am. Thank you for a great stay!! I usually wake up all stuffy when at a hotel, but not here, it was great!
