The room was so clean and the staff was so friendly. There was a wide variety at breakfast. Overall an excellent experience. The one thing that would have made it better was if the pool wasn’t freezing!!!

We booked the cute theme room which had a queen bed and a bunk bed for the kids. We booked this hotel for the pool, but unfortunately the pool was so extremely cold that we couldn’t use it. The hot tub is tiny and so with another couple in it we weren’t able to use that either. Breakfast was good compared to most complimentary meals.

The room was clean and the hotel is nice. Staff were friendly. The biggest downside though was that the pool was freezing cold so it was virtually unusable. Kids though so also. It was a bit disapointing as it was why we chose this hotel. Loved the outdoor hot tub though.
