"The hotel is located just about 20 minutes from Zurich Airport. Easy and quick check in with a very helpful and accomodating staff special mention to Antonio. It’s 5 of us in a room and it’s so spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. There’s free water on your first day. There’s kettle and fridge but no microwave. The toilet and bathroom are clean. They changed the towel everyday even without asking. There’s a lot of outlet for phone charging in a room just using your lead and if you need the swiss adaptoe, you can borrow at the reception with refundable deposit of 20 swiss francs. Breakfast is CHF25 per person some days, there’s a lot of choices but there’s a time that at as early as 7am, whatever left that’s it depends on the number of staff on the day. There was one day, they were more focus on their big guest at lunch time that’s why they cannot replenish the food. But overall, i highly recommend this hotel."

"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, unlike competing hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Couldn't even stay... The room was dirty, bread crumbs all over floor and windows seal. The bed had blood spots on sheets. We wanted to go straight to bed but the common room is all bare hardwood and loud with people talking right outside the bedroom door. When they couldn't find the key for the door and acted like it was no big deal to sleep in an unsecured room, we packed up and left. It looks nothing like the photos. We left without a refund to stay somewhere else. I can't believe this is a verified business on hotels dot Com. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Centra Hotel Zurich. Both Ali & Christian are accommodating, informative and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable bed & breakfast was great. Parking was free and convenient. "
