"The room was very cute and updated. Clean and just like the pics. Host has done a great job with the updates. On the 15th floor of an old building that has somewhat been remodeled.The elevators are not that great and actually either someone removed the inspection certificate or the inspection expired in September of last year. "The location near Noccalula Fall where my kids had a competition was great. However, there was not a full set of bedding for the futon, it’s not an actual double bed size, it’s more child size which isn’t specified. My 12 and 13 yr old could not both fit. "This VRBO was one of the best that we have ever stayed in! We knew that only having one bathroom would be a challenge and we almost didn't rent because of that, but I'm so glad we did! The house was immaculate, totally welcoming and comfortable. We loved the screen porch with a great ceiling fan. There were towels and blankets for days. The kitchen had welcome snacks and sweets and even a fresh baked loaf of banana bread. The AC kept the house very cold which we appreciated as it was such a hot weekend. We didn't cook but I noted how well appointed the kitchen was. So many rentals don't have adequate pots and pans and serving utensils, but this house was loaded!It was hard to find a place that would accept our dog, but this house is set up for it. It has a small fenced yard off the screen porch and even sofa covers to use if needed. There was an entire drawer of just dog items if you needed them! It's out in the country but was an easy drive into Attalla where we had dinner at Hectors (a delicious Colombian restaurant) one night. I'm a big thrifter, so I was pleasantly surprised at the nice thrift stores nearby. It's just 3 miles to Interstate so convenient to get into Gadsden or wherever you need to go. We would definitely stay her again if in the area. Thanks for the hospitality!"
