Great weekend getaway

Had a great weekend stay with my dad for a round of golf-good weekend getaway for 2 people. Kevin, the owner, is helpful at checkin and is very responsive.

Waterfront full of nature

Beautiful, peaceful retreat nestled down on the river. We enjoyed watching the turtles, geese, birds, deer, & fish. Very clean & had everything we needed for very comfortable stay. We will be returnig!

Quiet stay

This bungalow is larger than pictures appear. It is very quiet & restful. The host very friendly. Host Kevin, left us alone after initial meeting. I would stay here again.

What a gem of a spot! We’ve had the best time relaxing, recharging, and soaking up the peaceful vibes on the river. The rocking chairs on the porch quickly became our favorite hangout—morning coffee just hits different with that view!This place had everything we needed and more. Best of all, it was quiet!!!Y’all have created a cozy, welcoming retreat, and we’re so glad we found it. Wishing you nothing but good times, great sunsets, and lots of joy out here in Whorton Bend.

The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The place is so comfortable with all the amenities you need...just bring your clothes and toothbrush. A note-there is no pool. There is a beautiful lake/river right in front for you to enjoy however.
