"I’ve stayed at this hotel four times now because it’s incredibly convenient and always well-organized. I really appreciate the location and overall setup of the place — it makes traveling much easier.
However, one issue has been consistent across my stays: the room cleanliness, especially the bed sheets, is not up to standard. Unfortunately, the sheets had visible marks and didn’t feel fresh, which was disappointing. I had hoped this would improve over time, but it hasn’t.
That said, I do genuinely love this hotel and keep coming back for the positives — I just really hope they address the cleanliness issue soon, especially with the bedding.

"Everything was great but had to request for the room to be cleaned since I was told when I called down due to short staffing they don’t clean the rooms until the guest leaves. That’s fine for an overnight stay but I was there for 4 days."
"Right across from the beach. Quiet. Nice room! View! It is clean and good elevators. Very quiet floors. No lines. Didn’t go to casino so cannot compare- big downside: no nightlife or music there!! Have to go
To hard rock to find a band. Sad that there is virtually no place with even a guitar player to enjoy a drink! "
"My Front Desk agent was great! Her name is Miriam! The check-in was ridiculously slow and there was an irate customer who interrupted the check-in process. Miriam was professional and courteous checking us into a beautiful room. The property is wonderful! It’s clean and newly renovated. We enjoyed our our stay. "
