This is a very nice property that comfortable fit our group of 12. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the resort base. The beds are a little firm, and a few items require minor repair, but overall the property was great.
This home was exceptionally clean. We even felt comfortable with our youngest playing on the floor. It was half a mile walk to the gondola and in a great neighborhood. We’d stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Worked great for our 3 generation group with plenty of room, close enough to walk to the slopes and very comfortable. Hot top great after a day on the slopes and very easy to get arounds. We got lots of snow and there was an awesome snow crew that plowed the road out front every early morning.
The house is in a great location (nice and quiet neighborhood), it's close to the base and walking distance to restaurants. The shuttle is very convenient and was always available. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a bathroom. Living room has ample seating. The decor is a bit dated and not many upgrades have occurred since it was built in the last 90's. Two items that need attention; the cookware/frying pans need to replaced ASAP (they're in tough shape) and a TV needs to be installed in the main floor living room space.
The size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and location make this house great. Unfortunately, the sleeper-sofas in the basement are in pretty rough condition and made the stay more difficult than necessary for a large group.
In addition to this amazing house, we got free on-call shuttle service from an app, which supports scheduled rides for the entire group + gears. This is just great!
We had three generations for a family ski trip. Close enough to the gondola to walk, except for the youngest. A bit of wear and tear, and there is no TV in the main room, but there was one in the game room.

Great Space for Large Family
My family of 11 loved our stay at this property in Steamboat Springs. The property's proximity to downtown Steamboat and other attractions was perfect. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms, the kitchen and dining areas were spacious, and we enjoyed the hot tub and eating breakfast out on the deck, which was enclosed nicely with beautiful trees.
Small warnings--we visited in July, during a hot week, and the house does not have central AC, so it was warm during the daytime. We were also disappointed the house was only stocked with about 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom--we had to make a couple trips to the store to have enough for the house.
It’s generally a nice place in a solid location but so many things were broken. Both king size sofa sleepers were busted completely so we had to sleep on air mattresses provided by rental company. The fridge door, the microwave door were broken or missing. A toilet seat was broken and a shower knob came off. Retreia sent a maintenance man but there wasn’t much he could fix. Be aware that you have to pick up and drop off keys in most of their properties from an office in town. Also it’s close to a mile walk to and from the lifts. Hopefully they focus on maintenance because it’s a solid ski rental for a big group.
Plenty of room for a group getaway in a comfortable, clean home. The deck, with a round table, seating for 6-8 people and a hot tub, is the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing after dinner. A winner!

Disliked: Communication
An Okay House
The house is relatively as advertised. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 baths was nice. The hot tub was great as well as the ability to walk to the gondola (10-15 mins). However, the carpet in some of the upper rooms was gnarly (extremely worn and pulling away from the wall), there was very minimal dishware for the amount of guests who can stay there and dishwasher tabs, the bedding was meh, and the fridge door handle was repaired with poxy and broke off the 2nd day we were there, non of the TVs would connect to the internet for Netflix/movies, we could not figure out how to turn on the fire place(I called Retreatia on Sunday about the handle and fire place and never heard back). Again the house was okay but the irritating part was Retreatia did not communicate at all when you are trying to get ahold of them. I emailed a week and half before asking about parking then called 3 or 4 times. If you leave a message they wont return your calls. So if you are cool with lack of comminication and an okay house with thr convenience of the gondola go for it. I will not be using Retreatia ever again.
Overall great place to stay with family. TV in main living room was small. When we arrived there was bags of garbage overflowing in the garage and it wreaked. Not a pleasant experience. Found out that garbage is picked up once a week.
Beautiful property. Close to everything. Has the smallest tv ever in the living room so it made it hard for us college football fans to watch games at night. Overall great property. Will definitely try to book that house again next year.
Great fit for our 3-generation family of 6 adults/6 kids
Superb home laid out with four en suite "master" bedrooms plus a fifth with its bathroom in the hall. Room for everyone to spread out, have their own space, or congregate in the living room or separate family/play room. Exceptionally convenient via short walk to the Steamboat Springs gondola area. By leaving all our equipment at the hill (Fleischer's Sports kept all the rental skis/gear for us) we could comfortably walk in street boots/shoes, even with a 5-year-old. The kitchen and dining area sat our family of 12 so we cooked all our dinners -- substantial hassle and cost savings if you're up to cooking.

Overall the property was nice
We only had enough hot water to take a 3 minute shower. The hot tub was not a 8 person hot tub like was advertised. The TV's we're small need to be upgraded and had vhs players. The beds were all hard the worst I have slept on.

Terrific home
Great house for a large crowd. Perfectly situated near the slopes, well maintained, wonderful homey interior. Lots of pics of a very tight family. They even have trained moose come by in the mornings to eat the aspen trees. The housekeeping and garbage taking staff were wonderful. Friendly and happy staff. Can't wait to return to this house next year. Already looking at dates for our annual trip.

Spring Skiing was Enjoyable House Amazing
Three families, 6 adults, 4 kids, LOVED Wildwood Chalet. Close enough to walk to the mountain, but we added the shuttle and got driven everywhere. The shuttle drivers were the BEST. They offered information about restaurants, activities, you name it. We already are planning our next winter trip to make sure we stay in this house. The management company is the most helpful we have ever dealt with. The kids haven't stopped talking about the game room.
