You will love all the features of this four-bedroom condo featuring all new furnishings and appliances. Enjoy the comforts of the gas fireplace, the plush leather furniture, and the 65-inch smart TV after long days of fun and adventure. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and counter space you need to inspire your inner chef.

    The bedrooms all feature new mattresses, one includes its own en suite bathroom, and three of the rooms have their own TVs.

    Timber Run offers you the comfort and convenience of your own vacation condo. Step out on to your private, east-facing balcony to take in views of the heated pool, the tennis court, and the Flattop Mountains.

Great condo at a great location. The hot tubs were a short walk away, and they have a shuttle to take you to the mountain every 10 minutes or so! The condo was clean and easily fit our friend group!

Great spot for a Ski trip

We rented a car from Denver which was a big help in getting around, even though the Steamboat bus system is great. East to 5 min drive to the slopes and the hot tub was nice. Plenty of parking options and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment.Would come back to the same listing.

Relaxing Ski Condo with easy shuttle access

All adult family ski vaca was relaxing in this condo. Shuttle came through the parking lot about every 20 min through the day to/from the resort. Not “luxurious” but clean& comfortable for all. Short drive to get into town. Heated pool and hot tubs outside helped relax too.

I'm sure it was very nice in the 80's!

Although serviceable, this place is getting very dated for the money spent. It is very close to the mountain and they do have a shuttle so I suppose that justifies the price. Unfortunately at least one of their shuttles were down last weekend which translated to long waits to be picked up in the shuttle area at the end of the day. Very, very frustrating! Hot tubs were working and hot which was very nice. Had to put the shower handle back on the shower in the master bedroom. Fortunately we had a screwdriver. Wifi worked well. All sorts of spices in the kitchen with the exception of salt! Kitchen did have the necessary pots and pans though. Beds were fairly comfortable. Would probably stay here again but I would definitely look around for what else was available and at what price point.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Hiccups

I recently stayed for two nights at this property and had a generally positive experience. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing; the property was just as described, which I greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues that impacted my overall experience. The check-in process was confusing. I received multiple codes, none of which worked correctly, causing some initial frustration. It wasn’t until I contacted the owner that I was able to resolve this issue and gain access to the property. Additionally, the room was not ready on time, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these setbacks, the rest of my stay was smooth, and I found the accommodation to be quite comfortable and well-maintained. In summary, while the check-in process and room readiness could be improved, the property’s cleanliness and as-advertised features made for a pleasant stay.

This unit was great & all the beds/furniture were comfortable. There is no A/C, which is tough when it’s 90°+ during the day, but it cooled off well at night. There’s a free shuttle into town that was walkable from the unit, and the pool/hot tubs were nice. The unit was pretty clean when we arrived and property management responded quickly to an oven issue we had. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great location… a 3 minute property shuttle to the mountain. Great amenities - sauna, hot tub, heated pool, outdoor grill (even in the winter)… The condo itself is very nice - new applies, well designed especially for two families (upstairs and downstairs), warm and cozy.
