THE LIVING ROOM

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Guests enjoy access to the community’s heated pool (seasonal), hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts—all within a few minutes’ walk. Please note: clubhouse amenities may be limited in October and early November. If pool or hot tub access is a must, message us before booking. For a local experience, we highly recommend Strawberry Park and Old Town Hot Springs.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Like most of our mountain property neighbors this rental does NOT have air-conditioning. You'll find ceiling fans in the family area and primary bedroom plus box fans equipped in the closet just in case. The cool mountain nights allow for opening windows and getting fresh air inside the condo.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. You'll be given a unique access code to use on the keypad before your arrival so that you can conveniently self-check-in. Our cleaning crew gets started early so please just check for personal belongings and check-out by 10:00 am.

PARKING
There is space for one car per unit in parking lot. No RV or trailers are allowed to park in the lot.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours in Storm Meadows are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Thank you for being mindful of other residents or guests that are in the building.

SMOKING
To keep this property fresh and clean, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises. If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be applied to your reservation.

PETS
Pets are not permitted.
