  • This gorgeous mountainside studio is just a few steps from Steamboat Ski Resort and just the place you've been waiting to find for your next couples getaway to the mountain! Wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly-brewed coffee then take your first cup out to the private balcony to savor the spectacular mountain views while the world wakes up around you. Spend the day enjoying all the amazing ski runs of the resort then come home to kick up a good fire in the gas fireplace while you simmer a delicious soup in the full kitchen. Enjoy your masterpiece over the dining table while the dishwasher takes care of those dirty dishes. Head down to the shared hot tub to take a well-deserved soak or stretch out on the living room's comfy sofa to enjoy a good DVD movie on the flatscreen TV with plenty of buttered popcorn and glasses of delicious wine.

    You'll have a great hike on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles away, and you can fish, bike, and walk along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Board Walk. The location right next to the village was so convenient (and unexpected). The place was very clean and well equipped for being an older unit, it had everything I needed for a few days on the mountain. I also enjoyed the full size shampoo, lotion, body wash, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Prop location was great. Base of slope. Good view of mt. Prop was as advertised for space. Built over garage and the part of the floor that was not carpeted bur was tile did not seem to have insulation under it. I measured the temp of the floor to be 50Fvery cold

Room has very basic accommodations - furnishings and appliances are likely original and well used, but the unit was clean and comfortable for my teenage son and I on a quick Steamboat ski trip. Price for location presented a great value. The Vacasa staff that manage the Snowflower complex were extremely welcoming and helpful in storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Would stay in a Snowflower unit again!

We did not have WiFi or tv the entire stay. Crystal who works for Vacasa was hustling like crazy to get the WiFi up and running but the WiFi carrier was not able to figure it out. We were lucky to have Crystal because there is no one else working there and she was the only one who would respond to us in person or on the phone and not a recorded message.

The Snowflower is located very close to the gondola. Definitely within easy walking distance. The staff in the lobby were very helpful. The unit we stayed in was nice.
