My family enjoyed this property. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bus is convenient and we enjoyed the games that were provided.

Steamboat Ski Trip

Greta place to stay. Accurate with the description and the bedrooms are nice. The shuttle service is a phenomenal amenity that drives exactly to where you need them to for pick up / drop off during the winter season by requesting on an app.

Perfect Little Place

If you want a nice stay in a clean and cozy apartment look no further. Also the shuttle access as part of the rental was a big plus. Not only would they take you to the slopes and back again but also into town and night and pick you back up after your meal or happy hour. Overall a very nice place.

Nice place, plenty of room!

Overall great place with plenty of room. We had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Only item I could mention is that the carpet near the kitchen was soiled as the garage receptacles were there.

Excellent place to stay

The check in process is different from others. You have to pick up the keys from a different location then the property. The shuttle system makes this place. It allowed us to park the cars and not worry about transportation.

Really nice neighborhood. Great location to everything. No contact on how to check.in when we got there. Had to call the emergency number to let us in. Other than that everything was wonderful

Great Adventure

It was a nice place overall. Very well kept condo and quiet neighborhood. The only issue we really had was the shuttle service was only available after 5. Retretia has shuttles that go to the slopes in a cycle, but they do not service quail run in that loop so you have to catch the city bus. In the end, though, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Family getaway

The townhouse was just as described. It had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival. You do have to check in/check out at a different location to pickup/return your parking tags. We could not fit our truck in the garage but it would fit a smaller car. The littles in our family loved the playground right outside the back door. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever back in the area.

Great trip

The boot dryer in the garage and ski/board rack are great. The property is clean and is super close to the resort. Plenty of space for everyone. Washer and dryer work just fine. Didnt get to use the jacuzi unfortunatly. Neighbors were friendly. Cant think of any complaints, Or even constructive criticism. Oh, the master bedroom could probably use some curtains to go over the blinds. I love the morning sun shinning through them. I like to wake up super early,, but my gf was not a fan of how bright it was.

Comfortable and relatively clean, nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms, great location, heated garage a bonus, easy bus route to ski area, hot tub was great. Biggest negative is the bed linens and lack of towels; scratchy sheets, old blankets, worn and matted comforters. We only had 8 large towels, which doesn't work for 6 adults and hot tubing daily. We literally went to Walmart and bought towels for hot tub and 3 cozy blankets. The sofa pillows could use an upgrade also.

Very good. A ceiling fan in the primary bedroom would be a great addition. All the heat rises so the room was uncomfortably hot. Otherwise - great place to stay.

Fun place for a large family

We had a great time here. The Retreatia shuttle was great and the walk to the City shuttle was just a few minutes. Not even bad in 15-degree weather! The Retreatia staff were very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay in Winter Wonderland

This beautiful property is very near the base of Steamboat ski resort, you can drive or take the free bus. My son even walked once. It is extremely clean, well maintained, very roomy (space for six or more adults) and was very well stocked. We really loved our stay and hope to be back soon.
