Great location for skiing. Easy to get into town via a short walk and Steamboat transportation. Manager was great about allowing us an early check-in and the property was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
The condo was very cozy and just as advertised. The beds were super comfortable, check in was easy, parking was free, but the highlight was that location was ideal. It was very convenient ski in and a short walk to the slopes. The hot tub was hot, clean and literally 15 steps from the sliding glass door. Our family of five loved it!
I loved the location of this unit. You can literally ski right to the condo. The hottub is also located just outside your balcony. It was a pretty easy walk down to the lifts and restaurants.
Perfect location for a condo at Steamboat. Ski in and walk out is really easy and convenient, the walk is only about 100 yards back to the slope. The hot tub is close and the condo is on the best floor for access to both sides. We had a great time at Steamboat and this condo was just right for us. thank you
We were very pleasantly surprised at the location and condition of this older building in Steamboat. It's a short walk to the slopes but you can ski or board right in to the hot tub 5 steps below the balcony and sliding doors of the unit. Everything was great... 30" of powder was icing on this great cake!!!
Condo was as described. Great location. Ski right to condo. Did have to walk a bit to get to the slope in the morning so not exactly Ski In. Short walk to our favorite hangout, T Bar. Great Jacuzzi pool for apres ski. Free parking was nice and we were always able to find a spot. Would definitely consider a return visit.
This was perfect for our family, 4 adults and 1 infant. It was a short walk to the ski slope and you could almost ski up to the door. We had a great time!
The proximity to the ski lifts was fantastic with this property. The owners gave us our checkin information days ahead of time and everything was seamless. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was clean. We are so grateful you shared your home with us for the perfect family getaway!
Great location at a good price on the mountain. Better/shorter ski in/out trail than on some other units along this stretch. The T-Bar is within walking distance and the hot tub is right out the front door. Condo has all the basics for a comfortable stay.
We liked how easy everything was, slope was close, hot tub was close, the parking was easy and close. All great things. The complex is older but is holding up well and doesn’t feel dated

Great Fall Weekend!
Great condo with a good location! We had a fun family vacation weekend. Close to hiking, Strawberry Hot Springs, and walking distance to the ski hill. The condo was clean and cozy. I will keep this place in mind when I come back to ski in the winter.

Well situated condo
This condo was the perfect set-up for our family of five. It is definitely ski in and a short walk uphill to ski out. The bed situation couldn't have been more perfect and the size was wonderful. The manager was always quick with an answer and we will definitely look at renting this place again.

Great place
Only thing we needed was a blue tooth speaker. Had no music.
The location is wonderful, true ski in and ski out, and had it weren't for COVID, we'd have been steps from the hot tub. We had everything we needed to cook, play games, and chill. It needs some care, and we were unlucky on a few things that just come with older accommodations, and hopefully the owners will invest in some updates.
This was our first time in Steamboat Springs. What a winter wonderland it was! With one non-skier we like to stay within walking distance of some things. Storm Meadows is not a far walk from shops and restaurants. Plus you can see lifts, some skiers and the hot tub from the condo. The property manager was super quick to respond to email. While the place was clean and had ample paper supplies and soaps, I would suggest that the owners ask for a deep clean and update the king size sheet set. We had a lovely time and wish our stay had been longer.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Parking issues
Overall great experience, but we did have a significant issue with parking. The instructions in the listing stated that we can park anywhere and there was no mention of a parking pass. We got a parking ticket with a warning that we would be towed due to not having a pass. Ultimately, the owner gave us a pass the next day, but this issue would have been completely avoided if the pass was provided and there were clear instructions in the listing about a required parking pass.
Location and hot tub access was great! Place was clean and we had a great time.
This place could use some updating. Everything is worn. All the linens are thin and scratchy. The shower in the primary is tiny and the temperature swings wildly. The pans in the kitchen are also worn and cook terribly. The paper goods are the cheapest possible. A guest book would go a long way. The fireplace was not intuitive. We asked for help over the messenger, but no one responded. The most disappointing piece was the location. It was listed as “ski in/ski out” which is a gross exaggeration. It’s a hike to the mountain. I would certainly not recommend this location. There are much better places to stay in Steamboat.
Property was warn and dated. For instance when I opened the dishwasher the whole unit came out from under the cabinet. There was also a very limited amount of silverware that was a mixed bag of sizes and nothing matched. Parking was also very tight and parking spaces had been poorly plowed so they were very uneven due to ice build u; and this made parking very tricky.
We had our worst stay in Steamboat here and we come to the area twice a season for the last 7 years. When we arrived one of the toilets was clogged and the dishwasher was not locked in. In addition when people above us took a shower it leaked into the one bathroom that did work. Maintenance came but they came when our 14 year old was at the condo alone so we had to come back from the slopes to be there with her since we told her to not let anyone in. We were notified while on the slopes that maintenance would come but we did not have signal. We were also told we would get money back and we never received any back.

Not that convenient
The condo overall was very clean. We did have a mouse visit us on the 4th day and we notified property management and they never came to address. The owner's did say they would cover a night during our next trip to Steamboat - - we are not planning another trip at this time. Although the condo was clean - be cautious towards the end of the season in terms of convenience. There are a lot of steps that you need to walk up/down with gear to access the ski area. If there is plenty of snow it's probably not that bad. The unit is directly outside the hot tub which was nice to have after 4 days on the slopes. The other watch out is the building for some reason does not have shuttle service. We contacted Storm Meadows shuttle and they informed us that this is the one building that they do not have any arrangement with the HOA. Lugging groceries from the public bus stop is a real pain especially when it's down towards the base of the mountain - not that close at all. In terms of comfort it was good; in terms of convenience it was not good! But i guess you get what you pay for.
