  • Whether you're looking for that perfect wintertime ski chalet or a great home base for some hot-weather hikes, this amazing four-bedroom home is sure to put a smile on everyone's face! When you're not enjoying the ski runs of Steamboat Ski Resort just steps away, hang out in the suite's spacious living area to read a good novel, or watch a favorite DVD movie on the large TV. Use the high-speed internet to research a new recipe or cuisine then get crackin' in the full kitchen, where you'll find all the fun gadgets, stainless steel appliances, and ample countertops you need to prepare a delicious meal. On the lower level, you'll find bedrooms, each with queen beds. One of them even has an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Both rooms enjoy TVs for your entertainment.

    While winter visitors have all the amazing winter slopes right next door, summer guests will love all the hikes they find at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. . Take the young ones to Howelsen Ice Arena where they'll be able to watch games, take skate lessons, and even enjoy ice-rink bumper cars!

Perfect Steamboat accommodations

Our stay was most enjoyable. They accommodated are after hours check-in in and the place was an immaculate. Proximity to the slopes and nearby restaurants is ideal. The common areas, including the pool and hot tub were not crowded and very clean. And the staff was very helpful. I look forward to staying there again

Comfortable condo

Comfortable beds and couches, as well as a fully-functional kitchen, were the highlight of this condo. On the downside, the lighting isn't great and the condo is accessed only via two flights of somewhat narrow, stone stairs. As a whole, this condo provided a very good experience and value for our group of 7 adults.

We would return to this unit.

Good location with short walk to the base. Clean unit with 4 bed/4 bath. One bath not in the suite, but that was fine. The only hiccup was Dish TV was glitching on a few channels due to snow removal. Hopefully that is fixed soon.

All was great until …

We had a great stay and this is very convenient to getting to the resort. Parking can be an issue if you have more than one car. It’s $50/day ito park if you don’t have any free passes for more than one car. But the problem I had was that left a couple of fairly expensive clothing items in my room at the house. I called the front desk the first time and they said they’d check and get back to me. Never did. So I called again and that person said they would check with housekeeping and get back to me. They called me back and said they found the items and would ship them to me. He had me text my address and info to them. They said they’d ship the next day. Almost two weeks later I texted the number again because I had not received my items. They said they never found them and “it was a confusion”. They had no explanation for why it took way over a week to let me know they actually did not find them. Very fishy. I know with 100% certainty that I left the items and exactly where they were left. If you stay here, which I will say again is a nice location, just be absolutely sure you leave nothing or you will not get it back.
