We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat Springs very much. The Vrbo H209A condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We recommend staying here to anyone. It is located in the downtown area where there you can walk to shops and restaurants. Also, there is a path along the beautiful Yampa River to explore hot springs, hiking, the botanical garden, and fishing.
The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Loved the huge master bedroom and bath. Living room furniture was adequate, clean and cute, but not the most comfortable. Beware - parking space is very small and difficult to maneuver unless you are driving a Fiat!
Perfect downtown location!!
The property was great. Excellent location. But two nights in a row- we were interrupted by noise upstairs. Loud walking and moving around well after mid night. This was the only downside.

Location Is The Only Real Perk
This is such a let down of a rental - the location is amazing but the management was frustrating to work with. Little to no communication, inaccurate directions, have to drive to a different location to check out, cheap furniture that felt like it was going to collapse, and a parking spot that only fits a smart car. For how much this cost we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with so many things that I would not recommend.
My 2 kids and I loved our stay down town steamboat. The location was great with all the shoppes and restaurants downstairs. We had coffee shops, great food and shopping within the block. The city bus to Steamboat resort was super quick and easy. The stop was just a 2 minute walk. One of the best perks was the ski locker right at the resort. We could leave everything and not have to carry our gear to apres ski!! The condo was very nicely appointed and we had plenty of room for our stuff. I’d recommend this rental to everyone.
This is a lovely condo in the heart of Steamboat! The location couldn’t be better — just a block or two from great restaurants, bars, and shops, and only about 15 minutes from Strawberry Park Hot Springs.Getting into the condo (in Building A) was a little tricky at first. Parking is in Building B, and while having a garage spot included is a great perk, the spaces are pretty tight. Once parked, it takes a few doors — okay, five! — to get to the elevator. It’s not a huge deal once you’ve done it once, but it was a bit confusing on arrival, especially since we learned you don’t need the trailing “*” on the door code. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It felt a little stuffy when we first arrived, but opening a few windows quickly made it fresh and pleasant.Overall, the place was quite clean, though the shower could use a bit more attention. There was some visible mold or mildew that could probably be wiped away easily. Since we were only staying two nights, we didn’t reach out to the host, but it’s worth mentioning so it can be addressed for future guests.Lighting throughout is bright white LED — very functional but not super cozy. Warmer bulbs would really make the space feel more inviting, but we made it work by using the dimmers. All in all, this is a great spot in a fantastic location. With just a little extra attention to detail on cleaning, it would easily be a 5-star stay!
Just a few minutes from the slopes and outdoor activities of Steamboat and walking distance to restaurants, shops and all the convenience of downtown. The property was well appointed with a great kitchen, clean and comfortable. The property management office is about a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again
Very cool place with a great location right downtown Steamboat Springs. The place was immaculate with attention to details such as laundry and bathing wash products.
My husband and I stayed at this condo for New Years weekend. Overall, the condo was great and met all of our needs. We weren’t able to check in until 5, which is understandable given the holidays and I wouldn’t say the condo kitchen is fully equipped. It was a little hard to cook a full meal but otherwise, everything was perfect for us. The location was ideal!
We were visiting Steamboat for the first time. This property was the perfect location to enjoy all that the town offers. We came for the SBT Gravel bike race and all activities for the race were within a 2 block walk. The property was perfect; safe, comfortable and perfect in all ways. The only slight concern was the tightness of the parking spot. We own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a very tight fit. We will definitely be back.
