Gather around the beautifully crafted stone fireplace with friends and family after a long day on the slopes or relax in our two hot tubs to soothe your aching muscles. This centrally located condo is on the free Steamboat bus route and 3 stops away from the ski resort or downtown. Shop for supplies and groceries at Walmart, City Market, or Christy Sports, all located directly behind the property and connected via a paved walkway. Enjoy a movie night with friends on the streaming-enabled TV, catch up on social media with our fast wifi, and sleep well in our cozy queen beds before your next big adventure. The peak of Quarry Mountain is visible from the outdoor covered patio; a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and soak in the sounds of the quaking aspen trees around you. Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 8 am. The hot tubs are open 9 am to 9 pm. Guests are limited to 2 cars per stay per the HOA rules.
Cars must be moved daily during snowstorms to allow the snowplows to clear the parking spaces and roads.
If the fireplace pilot light is tampered with or turned off, a $250 fee will be charged to have a specialist come out to re-light the fireplace.

Great, Short Stay in Steamboat

Cameron's place was a comfy spot for 4 of us in Steamboat. We had everything we needed for our stay, the location was perfect for us, and we got to enjoy downtown and the surrounding area. All the little details were taken care of, and communication was excellent. Steamboat is a wonderful destination at any time of year, and our summer visit -- albeit too short -- was a relaxing getaway. We recommend Cameron's property and hope we get a chance to return soon.

Great location! The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, and the primary room was perfect. Very comfortable beds as well. After a bit of a drive the kids were hungry and the snacks on the counter were a life saver. Thanks!

Perfect.

Cozy Mountain Retreat was perfect. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed. Great location, clean, just the right amenities. Cameron was available and immediately responsive to any of our questions. The hot tub was just what we needed after skiing and only a short robed walk from the condo. Close to town and free bus ride to the mountain. Highly recommended!

Cozy Mountain Christmas

We booked Cameron’s condo because of the cozy photos and we were not disappointed. Our teenage girls loved loft and bunkbeds and there was lots of space for us all to be comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, the coffee bar was excellent and snacks yummy!The location was great, a short walk to the bus to the mountain and close to groceries and supplies.Was a perfect spot for our first Christmas away from home.

Great place

We loved our stay in this condo. Centrally located. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Kitchen had condiments stocked in the fridge, lots of spices available to use, olive oil, popcorn, very nice coffee station, etc. Cameron was very responsive. I was highly impressed. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Steamboat.

Home Away from Home

My husband and two other couples came up to Steamboat for a little weekend retreat to celebrate my 30th birthday. The first night, we had pizza and beer in a heated gondola at Mountain Tap, then went for a dip at Strawberry Hot Springs. Cameron suggested taking the robes from the room to be especially comfortable, and that was a game-changer! Coming back from the springs, warming up by the fireplace, drinking wine and playing board games was lovely. It was so quiet and relaxing. We were able to sleep in a bit before brewing some coffee at the most decked out coffee station you could imagine. Cameron really considered everything. All that to say, this was one of the coziest places I've ever been. The cleanliness, beauty and quality of everything from the furniture to the linens and soft robes, even the dishes - it felt like someone invested in the best of everything to make this stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The host, Cameron, was fabulous and communicative. I'll be fortunate to stay again in the future. If this place has made it to your short list and you appreciate quiet and cozy, make it happen - you won't regret it.
