Welcome to Latigo Lodge, a 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhome in a quiet neighborhood in the mountain area of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home underwent a major renovation in the summer of 2026 which included all new flooring, and all new furniture, paint and decor. It feels brand new. The townhome is on multiple levels and boasts a private hot tub on the large deck with a great view of the ski area. There is a 2 car garage plus 2 additional spaces outside the garage for parking. The home is just a quick walk to the nearest free Steamboat City bus line which takes you to and from the base of the ski area and steps to many neighborhood walking trails and paths.

Enter the home through the garage where you will find a nice mudroom area with bench, boot dryers and hooks. There is a full size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the entry level. One bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the other bedroom has another Queen bed plus a twin bunk above. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that services this bedroom and has a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, on the main level you will find the living and dining areas and the kitchen. This level is open and airy with tall ceilings and lots of light. Cozy up around the gas fireplace an watch a movie after a day outside. The kitchen has a large island with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen, there is a small deck with a grill and some seating. The dining area, has a large table with seats for 6 plus 4 more at the island. Head into the master suite, where you will find a King bed, large TV, plenty of dresser space and a nice closet. The attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity, plus a toilet area with an additional sink that can also be closed off and accessed from the dining area. The large mountain view deck with lounge seating and private hot tub can be accessed off the bedroom.

Upstairs, there is a loft with a desk workspace, couch that pulls out into a trundle for sleeping and a small table perfect for games or puzzles.

NO PETS PER HOA rules, we are unable to make exceptions and the HOA does issue fines.

Parking Information: Up to 3 vehicles allowed, as long as at least 1 fits in the garage. Park in the garage or the spaces in the driveway just in front of the garage. No trailers, campers, RVs etc allowed per HOA rules.

Please note: During the summer this home, like most in the mountains of Colorado, does not have Air Conditioning. The lower level usually stays a very cool and comfortable temperature, the upper level has fans for your comfort. After sun down, the place cools off quickly with a few open windows.
