Excellent location. Easy walk to resort base area. The property is clean & cozy, and would highly recommend if you want to be close to the lifts without having to pay for parking

Very Cozy Stay

This place is very cozy and we enjoyed staying here. Had easy access to downtown and an easy drive to the hot springs. Very clean unit with easy check in/check out. Would stay here again!

Great spot

Perfect location for staying at steamboat. The purple shuttle was never too crowded even if it did run on a schedule of its own. The WiFi didn’t work in our spot and in modern day, sorta silly we had to go to an office to check in vs having instructions sent directly to us but it was a perfect stay otherwise

Great place

The condo was very clean and in a great location. It was very cozy! Just a couple of suggestions. The shower head is so short and the sink is very low to the ground. We are both average height and had to lean our heads back to reach the water. The sink was so low. I almost thought it was for someone in a wheelchair maybe. Blankets would be great in the winter as well. Other than those things it was a wonderful place to spend our anniversary.

Overall Good but needs maintenance

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Was a good size for to people and a short trip. The pictures online were definitely brighter then the actual unit so it felt a bit cave like, and it didn’t help that a bulb in the kitchen was burnt out in one of the lights. There were a few items that definitely need maintaining such as the back door handle being extremely loose and the bar chairs backs couldn’t be sat on because the backs felt as though they could break off. Also the fan above the bed was swinging when turned on so we ended up using the box fans provided as we didn’t want the fan breaking by accident. The carpets and some linens looked as though it’s time for a refresh. The property itself was really quite even having the unit next to the pool and the grounds are well maintained. Super easy access to the mountain and buses. Very walk friendly area. Would still recommend driving to downtown unless you up for a couple mile walk or bike.

Super cute loft in the mountains. Great location! Pool and hot tub were perfect. Had everything you need to get away without having to pack too much. The weather cooled down on the second day, but it was warm during the day without a/c. Box fans and directions for keeping the condo cool were helpful. Would definitely return in any season!

Stay was cozy and great! Location was a win, and coupled with the shuttle, getting anywhere was easy easy. Nice having a small kitchen and hot tub/laundry situation was a plus! Would absolutely stay again!

Very Pleased!

Loved the location of the property as it was within walking distance to Gondola Square! Maybe the nicest amenity of the unit was the close proximity to the pool and hot tubs. Would stay here again!

Super condo with great mountain view

Just spent a week at Steamboat and used this condo which is just a block from the mountain base. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Newly decorated and has a wonderful view of the mountain as well as a large deck for apres wine and relaxation.

It was fine. The AC didn’t work and the description didn’t say that until the day of check in. You couldn’t turn off the lights without turning off the outlets. It was a fine place to rest my head. But for the price…not really worth it. I feel like they’re getting away with it because it’s so close to the resort but I believe there are better places

My son slept in the pullout couch and the parents in the loft bed so it worked out ok. More than 3 people I think would be too cramped though. 3 worked well.

Lovely stay overall!

The tiny, twisty stairs leading to the bedroom loft were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage and going up and down for the restroom so we ended up using the foldout couch on the main floor instead. My spouse and I are pretty agile, but it was still surprisingly difficult.
