Aspen Lodge 4110 is a 2 BD / 2 BA garden level residence with private entrance and private courtyard. This residence is serviced by a complimentary on-demand winter shuttle, and with an abundance of amenities, this property provides everything you could want for a simply great vacation.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counter tops, breakfast bar and rich wood cabinetry that allows any chef in your group to prepare a feast that can be enjoyed at the 6-person dining table. The living area has a gas fireplace to relax and enjoy the cooler evenings. From the living room you can access the huge private patio where you can take a dip in the hot tub, or lounge by the firepit! You also have direct access to the garage from the kitchen, so loading and unloading the car will be super easy! All bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels.

The unit is not worth it; complex is though

This condo boasts a private courtyard with hot tub and fire pit, which are nice, but the space is so uninviting, dark, closed off, and not comfortable. As a result of the private courtyard, the inside of the unit is very dark and has no view of anything except a brown fence. The unit is very clean and has all the amenities you'd need - a very large, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, well-appointed bathrooms, a nice fireplace, easy to use TVs, a private entrance and parking space in a garage. The condo complex is second to none too. The management maintained and managed the pools and public spaces with safety and caution, while not taking away any luxury.

A Great Getaway

The property was well maintained and very quiet. The back deck was perfect for a relaxing evening of wine, hot tub, and s'mores. All the amenities we needed, and I love the fact that they are "green" (Eco-friendly). Close to grocery stores, restaurants, gondola and hot springs.

Simply Amazing!

This unit was beautiful and exceeded my family's expectations. As a family of 5, including 2 teenagers & a 3-year-old, we thoroughly enjoyed the private deck space with fire pit, hot tub and grill. This unit has upgraded countertops, lovely decor and offers a variety of extra necessities that (in our experience) other condos did not include (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, Kleenex, trash bags, laundry soap, etc.). This unit also has a parking spot in the garage straight out the back door for ease and convenience. We visited with a large group of many families - we were the only ones with this ability. No hiking luggage or groceries up stairs or waiting for the elevator! We also enjoyed the unit to be close to the amenity center; where Bear and Emerald folks have to cross the street, our kids just went across the parking lot. Don't be fooled - although it is close to amenity center, this unit is super quiet. Our 3 yo had no troubles sleeping. Did I mention the master bedroom has french doors for a morning dip!?? Master bath also has a sink in tub. This unit also offers a DVD player, WiFi, cable on all 3 TV's, and a convertible couch to bed. All-in-all, a lovely unit. I will recommend the unit over all others, and of course, will recommend the Simply Steamboat folks. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful.

Wonderful accommodations

Simply steamboat was easy to work with and this property was one of the nicest we've stayed at. Right near the pick up to ski area. Really enjoys the warmed bathroom floors and private hot tub.
