We enjoyed our stay! The home has amazing views and is very spacious. We had 21 people and never felt cramped. There were some small issues with the house that we had to deal with, but it is a rental so I suppose that’s to be expected. The host was responsive to the issues in a timely manner. We’d stay here again, it was great for a large group with older kids with lots of activities that we enjoyed; pool table, dart board, hot tub, chess set and board games.

A Great Place in a Beautiful City

The property was stunning, accommodating our large group with plenty of activities and room to spread out! The host was quick in communication and addressed any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Wonderful stay

This day had a room for every member of the family and was spread out so nicely that we were all very comfortable when needed to be alone and still so comfortable in the common areas. Great vacation home beautiful views so close to town had an amazing trip.

Beautiful home!

We had a family weekend and enjoyed every minute! The house is beautiful, spacious and has so many activities! We absolutely loved this house and are already planning our next trip back. That view from the living room is remarkable!

Amazing house for a large group!

I have stayed at dozens of rentals and this one was the best by far. Tons of room for a large group and the managers were a dream to work with! Everyone loved the hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend.

2nd time for our stay at this wonderful house!

For the second year in a row, our large extended family used this house as our main hub. Everything was as good as we remembered it, and this year we found out it is well supplied for babies, too! Can’t recommend this house highly enough!

Great place

Awesome views and huge square footage. Plenty of room for our guest. They loved all the games (darts, pool, foosball, etc) and the huge TV to watch collage football. Very clean and spacious. We had a great time.

Had 16 people and had plenty of space. LOVED all the games...pool, darts, ping pong. Nice fire pit. Kitchen very well stocked. Pretty views. Great having a bathroom for every bedroom!

Exceeded ALL Expectations !!

The view is even more beautiful in person. I felt it was bigger than anticipated from the photos! The butler’s kitchen was incredible for hosting 18 girls in celebration of a bride to be! Every room was comfortable with its own bathroom. It was clean, had every appliance & kitchen necessity you may need. There are many games & amenities that allow guests to feel free to do what they want while still engaging with a group! It was such cozy cabin feel. The host replies so quickly & the check in and out process is so simple!This was the most perfect house to host a large party of girls for a bachelorette trip :) We could’ve stayed for weeks!

Absolute dream home!

This place was nothing short of incredible! From the stunning view to the hot tub, sauna, perfectly organized kitchen and myriad entertainment options, it was perfect. A short drive to the slope and town (with uber service available), but it's so perfect we almost wanted to skip town altogether. And the beds!! Every room has en suite, good water pressure, and drop dead views. I can not wait to go back!

Better than the pictures!

My now husband and I found this VRBO to house our families/friends for our elopement weekend. We were looking for a house that would hold roughly 20 people, plus some small children. This was perfect- every single bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen +chef's pantry gave us more than enough room for all of our groceries for a weekend. While we didn't elope at the house (neighbors obstruct views for photos), it was perfect for our after mini reception afterwards! Amazing property!!

Excellent house and property manager

Excellent property, and extremely responsive property manager. The house is HUGE! We had a group of 11 guys and there was plenty of space for everyone. Also, the pictures don’t fully capture the breathtaking view from the main living area. We skied 3 days at Steamboat and the drive is very easy - about 10-15 minutes. Very easy check-in, and any minor issues were immediately addressed by the property management. Also, the house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I think every bedroom has its own bathroom. If there is any complaint, the kitchen is slightly dated (electric stove), and a house that big should have larger bowls/serving platters for large group dinners. We will very likely rent again next year!

Best house we’ve had in Steamboat!

We have been coming to Steamboat for over 30 years, and our family has grown and lodging needs have changed. For the last few years we have needed about 10 BR, and have stayed at some of the double houses (can rent both sides of the house). This worked much better for us bc we don’t really need two kitchens, two dining rooms, etc. Instead, with this house we got one large common space with a pool table, darts, room for playing games, etc. And the view from that large living room is the best we have ever had. Even before we left, we booked the house for next year!

Nice place

The best thing about this property is the accessibility and attentiveness of Blake, the property manager. He was excellent.Overall, the house is very nice...clean, a bit dated, but nice. The location is excellent...short drive to skiing, town, etc. It accommodated 14-17 of us for a week, no problem. The grill was great. The hot tub was clean and warm. Some somewhat minor things that would make stays better include the following:1. More dish towels. There were three.2. More bath towels. Each room had only two.3. Towels for the hot tub. There were none, so we used our limited supply of bath towels.4. Another dishwasher is needed for a place this large.5. The coffee maker/pot is excellent but tiny; a larger one (or two for a house this size) would be ideal.6. More bedside lighting in working order is needed.7. Although there were heat pads on the short walk to the hot tub, they didn't cover the entire distance, so the walk from the porch to the hot tub was shaky at best.8. There apparently is heat tape on the roof to prevent ice dams, but it was not on or not working. The ice didn't effect us at all, but sitting in the hot tub and looking at all that ice just waiting to come down was mildly unnerving.9. The door to the hallway upstairs didn't close, so we had to plop a bag behind it to keep it closed at night.10. Another couch in the living room would accommodate more people.

The stay was amazing. It is the nicest home I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The host is very responsive and accommodating, the hot tub was fantastic, and the house was very clean. The only issue we ran into was there is a large presence of bees in the house. We seen close to a hundred bees/yellow jackets across the house with one of the guests stung on the back of her leg. Overall, the stay was immaculate and I couldnt recommend this house enough for other people to stay at!

Incredible mountain getaway for large groups

Beautiful and comfortable property perfect for large groups. Our group of 15 enjoyed our stay and had more than enough beds and common area to stay comfortable and accommodate our huge group. Bathrooms with each bedroom are a rare find. The main area has incredible mountain/town views and tons of natural light. Bring your dogs here they will love it
