1BR - True ski-in ski-out location on Right-O-Way

A complete renovation was completed in the fall of 2018. Queen bed in the master and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus a single blow up mattress provide options for configuring how to sleep. Both Living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs for allowing for parents to view while the kids play games or watch other shows. Counter seating for 3 and pull out foot stools/seats allow for everyone to have their own ottoman!

Our unit is supplied with quality linens and towels. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay, but can be arranged for a small fee. Ski locker for the unit is on the same floor as the condo. Hot tub facilities are downstairs. Walk down a few steps and you are on the slopes to the best skiing in Colorado, that is, Steamboat’s Champagne Powder. Storm Meadows East sits directly on Right-O-Way ski run. The condo is within walking distance to fine restaurants and shopping. There is a free bus service to grocery stores and and the downtown area during ski season.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

* Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival is subject to an administrative charge of $50. No refunds 30 days or less prior to your arrival date. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
* No smoking and no pets. There are excellent pet boarding facilities in the area.
* The condominium is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Additional services like mid-stay towel change and light clean can be arranged for an additional fee of $50.
* If we do not receive the correct number of keys and parking passes back after your stay $20 per key or parking pass will be deducted from your $250 security deposit.
* No air conditioning in unit.

Great Mountainside Stay

Very close ski-in ski-out

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and this condo. Steps away from a green run that takes you right down to center village. Enjoyed the hot tub and watching everyone ski down this run in the evening. Great stay, everything was wonderful.

Amazing stay with beautiful views

This was an amazing place for my boyfriend and I to stay while vacationing in Steamboat. The location is perfect. The place was very cozy and clean. Instructions for the property were easy to follow. And the view of the sunset between the trees was beautiful from the balcony! I highly recommend this VRBO for those staying in Steamboat!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. We stayed during some of the hottest days in the summer. It was a bit warm without air conditioning but the fans were helpful. Would definitely return!

Summer get-away

The property was very clean. It was right on the slope and next to the walking trail up the mountain. It was wonderful getting to sit on the deck each morning with our coffee and breakfast.

A great comfortable condo. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Beautiful views. And a super quiet building. Well maintained and easy in and out. All you could need in Kitchen. Love the tile shower. Steamboat downtown is close. Great restaurants near by. Thank you to Pem for great response as well.

Great place to stay in Steamboat Springs

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect for my husband and I. We walked down to restaurants and live music a few nights just a few minutes walk from the condo. Also close to downtown. The owner had lotion and a magnification mirror which was very appreciated. Loved the electric kettle. We did wash clothes while we were there which was very easy (on the fourth floor). We did use the provided fans on our stay because it was warm and there is no air conditioning. Fortunately the nights were cool so we were comfortable. In the winter I think it would be even more awesome as the gondolas and ski lifts are literally right out the door. There is also a communal hot tub which we didn’t have time to use.

Well Equipped

The apartment is as described, and very well equipped. No part of the process was a pain, which can be an issue with STRs. The only issue is that the Ski lockers are on the same floor as the apartment, so skis have to be transported down several floors every day. A ski shed or such at the base would be a vast improvement, though up to HOA not host of course. That said, it's real ski in ski out - when you are at bottom it is no issue to go on and off Right of Way. This is not true of all places at Steamboat, some of which require a hike uphill in one direction. We were 3 people, a couple and a 13yo daughter who slept on sofa bed. Space was sufficient, but not lavish. It would be better for a couple, as bedroom has barn doors, and bed takes up whole LR. That said, we have no regrets about 3, we were there to ski. I would recommend this host, and this rental, unequivocally - the above is just to give data for those who might find it useful in assessing the fit
