We loved hearing the birds and getting to see so many colorful varieties.The deck space is great, overlooking the pond and yard offering that country feel although you are only a few minutes from the city. "This is a small basement apartment, below a house. The apartment is well done, and cozy. There are two major factors that made me rate this as less than ideal. First, there’s not seem to be any soundproofing, and so I could hear every single word and step of the people living upstairs. There was lots of yelling, and at one point it seemed as if people were exercising or dancing, it was very loud.
