"From the outside the hotel is typical of some of Sheffield's brutal grey architecture, however inside couldn't be more different; a fresh, inviting hotel. From the moment we stepped in, we were met with a warm welcome. The room was spacious and very clean. In the morning the breakfast staff were particularly friendly and happy, as we're cleaning staff we encountered. Breakfast was superb, so much choice and constantly replenished. Ignore the first impressions of the hotel from the outside, I'd highly recommend this venue."

"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "
