Dear Timothy, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. It is true that our guests do not need key to use the elevator but we tend to know our guests and we really never do have issues with unwanted people at our hotel. Our lobby area is restricted to our guests, but it is possible to drop in for a cup of coffe or breakfast and enjoy our colourful lobby after. The ladies you mentioned were our guests who wanted to stay a bit longer after check out, which we find really enjoyable that our guests want to stay at our hotel after the check out time. Unfortunately since our hotel is located in the middle of Stavanger it is difficult with parking and drop off posibilities. There is a small parking just outside of the hotel, about 50 meters away where you can park free of charge for up to 15 minutes. I hope that regardless those issues, you had a nice stay with us. We hope to see you again in the future.
