"I stay in Vilnius frequently, often in hotels. This is a good one, with helpful, knowledgeable staff; quiet; comfortable bed and furniture, good wifi, easy to use keys and lifts. I didn't try the (Italian) restaurant, but it was well-occupied (though my stay was largely during a public holiday). Heating/aircon was perfect. My only problem was one evening when hot water didn't fully function."

They found us a kettle (it's more of a coffee than tea country!) and gave us fresh milk whenever we asked so we could make a proper brew in our room (we took our own tea bags).
