Nice and clean environment. Near to coach station and train station. There is a supermarket at the coach station, very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and the experience was good. Only one thing is not many restaurants around the hotel, and I have to go to old town where I can find a lot of restaurants.

Good for single travellers. [One chair, one bedside table one bedside light.] Very clean. No TV. Fast Internet. Good fridge, cooker. Long list of fines on arrival! Think student hall of residence. Very handy for bus and train station

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Solo Society. I arrived after almost 22 hours of travel (15 hours by bus and 8 by train). After checking in and getting dinner, I returned to shower and found the bathroom disgusting: what appeared to be mucus/boogers on the sink, a dirty shower floor, stained cups, and a room that clearly wasnโ€™t properly cleaned. It was after 8 PM and reception was closed, so there was nobody to help and I couldnโ€™t shower after my exhausting journey. The next day they offered another room in the same category and one breakfast voucher at another location, which I never used. Housekeeping was also poor. I personally asked a housekeeper to clean my room and she confirmed, but I returned to find nothing done. There is NO AC or fan, so opening the window means mosquitoes. I actually had to use mosquito repellent before sleeping. There was also no Do Not Disturb sign and, most concerning, no interior deadbolt/secondary lock. I worked in hospitality for 18+ years and travel extensively. The location by the bus/train stations and kitchenette are convenient, and some staff were nice, but cleanliness, security and the response to these problems were unacceptable. I would not stay again.

Really clean and a good quality for the price. A little warm to sleep before the night cooled, but also quiet area so keeping the window open was fine. Appreciated the small complementary tin of candy!
