"Upper Magnolia"- Nice 2 Bed Apt Fully Remodeled and Stocked

"Upper Magnolia" is a newly renovated apartment located right off of I-40 in East Statesville. This apartment has been designed to be incredibly comfortable and stocked w/ amenities. Mattresses, Pillows, Sheets & Couches all are high quality and comfortable. Two 4k Roku TV's in apartment. Fully stocked kitchen w/ all large & small appliances. Very kid friendly w/ children dinnerware, high chair, pack-n-play & board games.

2 Bedrooms are found in this upstairs apartment. There is a nice-sized bedroom with king-size bed with 4k Roku TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large closet. Each mattress we have are high quality mattress and sheets and pillows are high quality. Living room has comfortable leather couches. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Stylish & functional is what makes this VRBO such a nice property. Ring security cameras is located at front and side doors for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
