The neighborhood is newer , quiet and very convenient , walking distance to restaurants and about 5 minutes away from all State College attractions, home is located in State College. Check it out

Quiet home minutes from campus
A group of alumni stayed here with our kids of various ages. It was located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from the hustle of College Ave. we would definitely recommend this home!

Very well kept place. Everything in the home worked as it was supposed to, kids enjoyed having a place to actually settle in and watch tv or play. Garage access was a great amenity to have for loading and unloading everything. Property over all is in great condition. Beds were clean and comfortable, having two twin beds in one room was perfect for us!
