"This property was spectacular. The lake setting, the house, the deck, the barge... all just made for a serene, beautiful, and relaxing girls trip. So quiet and both sunrise and sunset were amazing.Downtown Victoria was only a 15 minute drive away and we very much enjoyed our time there. "

"Very central for my needs to access Downtown Victoria in 20 min, Duncan in 30 min and Sooke in 25 min. The suite main windows look out to Tall Pine and Spruce trees right across the street with nature trails within the area of the trees that lead you an a nurturing exploration, as well as it being an amazing place to decompress when you come to the suite... in the suite and walk on the trails ."
"This property was the nicest and best thought-out VRBO rental that I have ever stayed in. The communication with the owners was exceptional and they went out of their way to help us out. The home was immaculate and well designed with very comfortable accommodations and homey touches. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the linen closet and bathroom accessories. The outdoor spaces were lovely and it truly felt like you were in your own little world when you were outside. It was close to stores to pick up necessities and the owners even have loyalty cards to help with some savings. I couldn't recommend this rental enough and would absolutely stay here again- and would even consider it for a long term rental. Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Victoria!"
"Very clean, spacious and updated home in Langford. A little bit of a distance from downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens but quiet suburban neighborhood good for families. There is a shopping plaza across the subdivision with a fantastic grocery store and really nice cafes and restaurants. The home has a shared space( shared wall, shared driveway) perhaps an extension on the home with an occupant living there and therefore there were noise rules during night time hours posted inside the house. That wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Home is clean, spacious, good internet so served us well for our needs."
"The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping. But good to know is that there is no ‘live’ TV. YouTube, Netflix and Prime all worked great on a large TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact."

"If you are looking for a quality place to stay and this is available. STOP. Book this property. On a quite residential street. The double beds are comfortable. Large spacious kitchen with coffeemaker, hot water pot, micro, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrig with freezer, etc. In living room--large windows, AC, TV, and recliner with vibrate mode. Easy 9 miles driving from Victoria. Highly recommend."
