"Very good apartment, great communication with the host, felt safe and would use again. Picking the key up meant calling at a shop around the corner but that worked well. Flat was clean, well set up and parking was free and safe and well organised within the same building. Very close to shops and the city etc. "

"Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "There was a slight confusion with the room allocation, which the reception staff on Friday evening rectified with consideration and courtesy. The room was prepared to a very high standard. Our stay was for two night's (bed/breakfast). The buffet style breakfast was to a very high standard, fresh and hot. All the hotel staff were courteous, polite and deticated to delivering a perfect customer experience. Would recommend this hotel very highly. "
