"The room had low ceilings, and the air con unit kept beeping all night. Breakfast buffet was ok but not great, 3 of the 5 hot drinks machines were out of order. Staff were great"

"We realise no tea & coffee plus chairs in rooms may cut costs but other comparable hotels provide them. It would of been nice to check in with a person rather than have 3 receptionists watch us use the automatic check in. Good air con & window size in room & clean bathroom."

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower ..."
