The rooms are small but perfectly appointed with really comfortable beds, the breakfasts were good with a variety of hot and cold foods with hot food cooked to order and healthy choices which is great. The only one thing I’d say is the pillows on beds need upgrading as quite flat but at least there were two each. "

"Easy check in at the bar and then we’re shown to our room. Room was clean and nicely furnished with a well designed, modern en-suite. A really good base for our weekend celebrating a wedding in Southbourne. "

"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. "
