"The resort itself is really nice however the staff is really bad. This was our second time going there because we love the resort itself however the staff is really rude. I asked them for some coffee and i was told that whatever is in the room thats all guests get. The next day i asked for shampoo in the morning and nothing was brought until i had to call again. And whenever you ask them for anything they just get soo rude. "

"The hotel is located right in JMU very easy location, 1/2 mile from downtown. The lobby is very nice, breakfast was fine, nothing crazy but good enough. Check in was ok, we didn’t get the room we booked and was told to talk to Expedia about it. There was a strange odor on the floors, not sure if it was new carpeting or wallpaper but it was strong. Room was nice and spacious, bathroom was ok, shower just had a glass panel, no door or curtain. It’s a bit noisy at night, Main Street is busy."

"The bathroom needs to be cleaned of the mold in the shower. Overall cleanliness made stay comfortable. Breakfast always a plus. "

"Our room was right next to elevator and check in area. So noisy all night, staff smoked right outside front door and we smelled cigarettes all night. Furniture was ratty and bathroom was not clean. Bed comfortable enough but our night was not good. We had to leave by 6 am so we missed the breakfast because it didn’t start until 7. Price was low but would’ve been worth it to stay elsewhere for a bit more money. We were just trying to cut out 12 hour trip in half. "

"The gym has two pieces of equipment and that’s it. The AC didn’t actually work but luckily that’s what we do for a living. The staff was ugh there we will say that. The room was clean but it stunk and the bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood. The tv didn’t work and the elevator was questionable. "
