"My Arbor was one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced, the world over. Beautiful design. Stunning views. Amazing staff. Wonderful food and drinks. A world class spa. I could go on and on. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was at least one owner in house who was very charming and made us feel very welcome. "Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"
"We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise."
