Cozy 1 BR, 1 Loft. 1 Bath Cottage 50’ from Lake

I wish to invite you to our cottage on a private lake, 40 minutes from Portland, Old Orchard Beach, and the outlet stores in North Conway, New Hampshire. Enjoy your days canoeing, fishing, hiking local trails, antiquing, shopping at local farms or playing on the lake. Your style evenings can be filled with making s’mores at the fire pit, grilling or an evening swim, while listening to the loons. I am available anytime for advice or questions and look forward to meeting you.


Regarding the property’s accessibility - I do not recommend this property for people with mobility issues or toddlers as the stairs to the loft are an attic style ladder.

Additionally, we are part of a Lakeside community, with Neighbors very close on each side. I do ask we respect their property and remain within the rows of trees on both sides. Thank you very much.
