The pool and the Hot Tub were closed we were charged $9 to access the property and $25 dollars a day to park and the check in wasn’t at the address provided so we lost at least one hour of time But the condo was nice

King size bed was very uncomfortable and sloped from center to edge of bed. Shower had terrible water pressure. Grounds were beautiful. Great location

Unfortunately this property does not care about loud leaf blowers disturbing people trying to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio, hear the ocean, waterfalls and birds. Every morning before 9:00 am, multiple leaf blowers disturbed the peace.

The villa was very clean and well kept. Plenty of supplies and lots of storage. However, my issues pertain to communication and construction. Construction was underway in the parking lot severely limiting parking options. I would also mention that the lots are narrow so proceed with caution. The fire alarm went off one afternoon while I was napping. After exiting, a construction worker told us it was a "test only" alarm. This is a time share or owners property. We were called multiple times to take advantage of a special deal and take the tour. We asked to discontinue these calls as we had just returned from a funeral and needed to rest. The calls are annoying and would prevent me from using this property again.

I love the Monarch, arguably one of the best available anywhere on the island. Can get quite pricey during the peak season. I was here with my mom and rented a 2 bedroom Oceanside unit. Beautiful and well-maintained.
